Adam Pulskamp Named ICSC CenterBuild Leader Under 40
Adam Pulskamp, Columbus regional director, at Kohrs Lonnemann Heil Engineers, Inc. (KLH Engineers), was selected as a recipient for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) CenterBuild Leader Under 40 Award. This award aims to establish a competitive program to identify, inspire and galvanize the next generation of influential thought leaders in retail, design, construction and development. Winners are selected on those who best represent the mission and vision of ISCS Centerbuild and were honored on Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2021.
Pulskamp, a University of Cincinnati graduate, is a proven leader both professionally and within his community. With a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering, he began his career with KLH Engineers, a national mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering firm, in 2014. When joining KLH Engineers, he played a key role in the firm’s transformation to a data-centric engineering firm. He continued to grow into a leadership role with the project management team. Shortly after, he was promoted to director of the Columbus regional office. Pulskamp plays an integral role in managing the firm’s clients and accounts with project management experience in civic, education, commercial and retail developments. He is also a respected mentor within the firm and has helped develop the next generation of leaders at KLH Engineers.
Within his local community, Pulskamp leads a philanthropic lifestyle. He serves as president of Stonewall Spots Columbus, the LGBT sports and social league. He also volunteers on the Columbus Humane Young Professionals Board and the Columbus Chamber of Commerce Member Engagement & Outreach Committee.
