Patrick Fernbach, PE, WELL AP, principal and director of mechanical engineering at Kohrs Lonnemann Heil Engineers, Inc. (KLH Engineers), will present alongside industry peers in a webinar titled “Team, Program, Product: Peeking Behind the Curtain of Industrialized Construction,” hosted by the Greater Cincinnati Society for Marketing Professional Services (GCSMPS). Brian Bruggeman, chief client officer at KLH Engineers, will serve as the moderator. The event is scheduled for May 30, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. EST.

Construction is advancing and new teaming structures continue to transform to meet advanced delivery techniques, including the evolution of buildings as products. In this webinar, attendees will gain an understanding of industrialized construction, how teams are built to address owner’s building programs and the efforts that result in a building purchased as a product. Using a recent case study as an example, the speakers will also share how they collaborated to deliver modular healthcare clinics to remote areas, and lessons learned between projects that drove continuous improvement.

This session will cover:

•    What is industrialized construction
•    Team elements critical for success
•    How building programs become products
•    Applicability in various markets

Bruggeman and Fernbach will be joined by Josette Ross, principal consultant at Indigenous Pact; Jenny Han, AIA NCARB, director of design integration at The Boldt Company; and Amanda Karling, PE, project manager at Demain.
