KLH President & CEO Jim Tavernelli Named One of Cincinnati Business Courier’s “25 Bosses to Watch in 2025”
KLH Engineers is proud to announce that Jim Tavernelli, president and CEO, has been recognized as one of the Cincinnati Business Courier’s “25 Bosses to Watch in 2025.” This annual list highlights influential leaders who have stepped into their roles within the past year and will guide and influence their organizations in the years to come.
Tavernelli joined KLH Engineers in 2001 as a project electrical engineer and steadily advanced within the firm. In 2014, he was appointed chief operating officer and later named president in 2019. As part of a long-term succession plan, he assumed the role of CEO in 2024, succeeding Bob Heil, PE.
