Melissa Decker
Field Services Coordinator
Melissa Decker serves as a Field Services Coordinator for the firm’s construction administration team. Her responsibilities include communications with the client, managing the design team and keeping the budget on schedule and on budget.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in organizational leadership and a minor in psychology from Northern Kentucky University.
In her spare time Melissa is a beekeeper and is working to increase the bee population with an added bonus of harvesting honey in late summer. Her latest adventure was purchasing a farm originally established in the early 1800s and working to bring life back to it. Melissa’s favorite place to be is outdoors looking for her next adventure!
