Located one block west of Fountain Square in downtown Cincinnati, OH, the new mixed-use development serves as the headquarters for 84.51°, a data analytics and marketing company that provides customer insights for The Kroger Company and over 300 consumer-packaged-goods companies. In addition to the 280,000 square feet of headquarters space, the building includes an underground 1,000-space parking garage and an additional 30,000 square feet of commercial space along Race and Sixth Streets. As part of the design team, KLH provided comprehensive design strategies for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.

The development is energy efficient with the inclusion of LED garage lighting. In addition, the mechanical system consists of a four-pipe boiler/chiller system interfacing with custom air handling units to provide ventilation to the office building. The development was awarded LEED Silver according to the standards set forth by the US Green Building Council.
