Delta Flats

The location of Delta Flats at a prominent, busy intersection garners much visibility. Within walking distance of the locally famous Eli’s BBQ and The Precinct, Delta Flats affords its residents upscale living with a neighborhood vibe. KLH provided electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services for three new apartment buildings, as well as construction administration. Each apartment is designed with its own HVAC system. The complex included a swimming pool for which KLH designed power for the equipment and domestic water connections. The level of design was for LEED for Homes certification.
