Factory 52

Factory 52 is a unique mixed-use development located on the historic grounds of the former United States Playing Card Company in Norwood, Ohio. Designed for residents and visitors, the pedestrian-friendly community features on-site parking, communal spaces, residential units, retail shops, dining establishments, pickleball courts, a dog park, and a brewery/taproom. The site’s rich historical heritage is artfully integrated, seamlessly blending existing landmark structures with thoughtfully designed new buildings. To support this dynamic development, KLH served as Engineer of Record on non-residential structures, provided early design consulting, and acted as the electrical Engineer of Record for the residential structures.
