Medpace Laboratory Renovation

KLH provided engineering design services for renovations to six laboratory spaces in Medpace’s B200 Building. The new design considered both current and future needs of the 48,000-square-foot facility, with the majority of the renovations occurring on the first floor.

The project scope consisted of two new central UPS systems with supporting stand by power, expanding the existing plumbing system, adding deionized water for the histology laboratory, new HVAC terminal equipment and controls, expansion of the nitrogen system and new lab exhaust systems.

Phase design and construction enabled the existing labs to remain operational during construction.
