Meijer Distribution Center

KLH Engineers provided full mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services for the renovation of an existing 628,000-square-foot Meijer distribution center. Prior to designing the renovation, KLH conducted a facilities assessment reviewing and documenting inventory of all HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, and lighting systems existing conditions and end-life.

Following the design phase, KLH provided Meijer with a cataloged database of assets for long-term use by facility management.
