Verily

As a life science research company for Alphabet, Verily is located in the upscale Bridge Park development in Dublin, Ohio. With views of downtown Dublin and the Scioto River, Verily occupies 6,400 square feet on the second floor of a mid-rise building in Bridge Park. KLH provided traditional MEP services along with assisting with the lighting selections and design. With a majority of the office space having access to natural light, KLH integrated daylight harvesting to automatically adjust the lighting levels as a means to comply with energy codes as well as conserve energy.
